So, after having a fight, do not communicate right now. If you are angry or sensing highly volatile and emotional, the best thing you can do is tip away from the situation and try to walk away for a while, clear your head, leave the house, call a time away, anything to keep from saying extremely hurtful things who both of you will come to feel sorry. It is important to express some feelings to one another, but know when ever to draw a sections and stop.
